Definitely buying her when I have the IP.
She's still not going to make a good jungler. She has to go to Red buff before the small golems, and she has to go back before she can gank. (Lots of time with red-buff lost)
And, her ganks would be terrible. Gap-closers are short. Stun is short and a skill-shot.
Stonewall even thinks she's about tier-3 (read the tags)

No champion can suit everyone's tastes.
It's on a fairly short cooldown too. And remember, it IS a stun.
Ranking it up reduces its cooldown.

Can she dash over walls with her skills? If she can, she'll be a top tier jungle on TT, for sure. And even if she can't she'll still be a great jungler on TT.

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure that the designer couldn't find a wall thin enough so they disabled it completely.
