She's still not going to make a good jungler. She has to go to Red buff before the small golems, and she has to go back before she can gank. (Lots of time with red-buff lost)
And, her ganks would be terrible. Gap-closers are short. Stun is short and a skill-shot.
Stonewall even thinks she's about tier-3 (read the tags)

Stun's not a skillshot. It's a short range, AoE. Not very good IMO.

She's a champion made specifically for close-range combat. The stun is set for that style.
No champion can suit everyone's tastes.
It's on a fairly short cooldown too. And remember, it IS a stun.
Ranking it up reduces its cooldown.

I don't mind it BUT, in a team fight the **** rocks.
As far as jungle skill goes, she has the AoE to do it well. The damage and ganking is just mediocre.
