Riven's clear time would be pretty fast since she doesn't get super low thanks to her shield, has good counter jungling with her Q and passive and isn't reliant on Blue buff, which is essential, considering there is no blue buff on TT, lol. Not sure when she could solo dragon at though, which is also super important.

I don't find it unbalanced. It's extremely hard to carry your team, just like in SR. Games last about the same time. Mobility is super important and so is damage.
Other then that, skill is more important on TT due to the fact that teamfights affect the game a lot more and can lose you the game.

Just as a few examples -
Tryndamere, Xin Zhao, Jax, Mordekaiser (old, of course), Mundo, Singed, Poppy
All of those are pretty much OP on that map, that's pretty common knowledge.

Not sure if your still talking about jungling, but she can beat Yorick, Singed and Jax easily if they try to counter jungle, and might be able to beat Lee, not sure though. Lee has really great damage due to his Q.
The only jungler I can think of who can beat her in counter jungling is WW or Shaco, maybe Udyr too. Not sure if GP's early damage is still good cuz I haven't played him in a while. Maybe Fiddle too, although due to her mobility she can probably beat him before he can fear + drain.

Awesome ganks and incredible synergy with red buff, combined with decent clear times and surprisingly good survivability is awesome.
