You counter armor stacking by building AP. Whenever some ******** builds armor like Warden's Mail or just stacks Chain Vest, I grab my Needlessly Large Rod and stand on top of them with Dominus and they're like "WHAT THE **** HOW AM I DYING I HAVE ARMOR" then I show them that I am ULTRA MEGA MAGENEKTON and I win the lane. Riven can't even do that cause she has no AP ratios and therefore gets ****ed by people who stack armor.

Not OP. Good skill cap that takes good positioning and a good player to pull it off.
Newer players / lesser players are always bound to think champs like that are OP. I.E: Lee Sin / .... I can't think of more right now. But you get the point, high skill cap champs combined with decent skill / practice will always look to be OP.
