Yellow: Armor, Mana/5, Mana/level(if playing Ryze) and SOMETIMES HP/level
Blue: AP/level, flat AP(got buffed), flat MR(got nerfed), MR/level(got buffed)
Quint: Flat AP, Move Speed
99% of the AP carries I see in SQ/Arr 5's use that set up.

Also HP/level Seals are also decent if you want to go tanky on champions like
Kennen since they don't need Mana/5. Also, as far as I know MR/level haven't been buffed?

Mana regen is unnecessary on most champions and I don't feel like you really benefit too much from Armour in mid.

I unno, health/level is so.....weird. Honestly runes are up to players for personal preference. I just don't think that HP is going to be needed THAT much if you position well. Considering how you will need Armor for roaming and etc, I unno, that's just my playstyle when I mid. Roaming, jungling and only deathmatching when I know I can win with ease and proper warding. I'll edit it in though.
Wait, you need armor for roaming? I thought the armor would be for champs like Orianna and Swain since a lot of their early trades are AA based and that helps mitigate so much minion damage.

8 mag pen marks, 1 crit chance mark
9 MP5/Lv seals
9 AP/Lv glyphs
3 flat AP quints
On my manaless caster page however, it's a bit different and even weirder.

9 AP/Lv glyphs
3 flat AP quints
I run this on Kat, Rumble and Morde. Huehuehue from all the gold I get from CS and kills. Also, whenever I play Kat, I go into the defence tree for

and huehuehue when I get 49 extra gold from assists and kills.
