If you have, you would know how wrong your statement is. MR was an unattractive stat to itemize, and this fixed that problem to a surely certain extent. Cowl isn't broken, and Negatron or double Null Mantle were always common first backs against AP. This just made build paths more free and made sitting on a single item for ages a problem of old.[/quote]
