I've found it to be really hard to change people's outlook on how they play, or act. I fully agree with your analysis, that everyone thinks that they are the best and most knowledgable at X, which causes much agrument over the course of a couple games
However, i don't quite think that it's possible to change the mindset of these arrogant players

In wc3, I know everything. I know how to counter every single unit and strat. I've watched hundreds of pro games and I know it backwards and forwards. Sadly, I suck at the game. My mechanics are ****, macro and micro. There is a difference.
