Experience has nothing to do with mechanics. You can know the matchup perfectly but you can also **** up your flash or miss skillshots. You can also be the best riven on earth, but if you don't know a matchup you can still lose it. There is a COLOSSAL difference.

Hey people, do I keep my gabpin quote, or do I change it for troatslasher's? I'm still not 100% sure which one is the silliest.
EDIT: On-topic, there isnt much that can be done aside from what Riot's already doing. LoL is actually an amazing game regarding behavior control.
And, well, this thread has been written about 10 times in the last two years here, I can hardly find anything relevant we could actually discuss. No offense, I just really believe there isnt much to say.
