I'm not too sure about Sona, I'm away from home right now and haven't had a chance to play her myself, but I will later this week. I'll update. From what I've read she's pretty strong.[/quote]

They just shifted it towards damage instead of keeping you alive forever. EDIT: I'm talking about top lane, not really support. I don't think you're really gonna be in combat enough to proc it.[/quote]

You can even get tear 30 minutes into the game and stack it in 5-10 minutes :')[/quote]
