Yes Offcourse I check Mini-map now and then but not much (This could be me lack of skill, or just a humans limit). And when the other leaves their lane, how much afford would it take to say your lane is missing. Also asking a jungler or some1 else could take time (Depends on other players teamwork/skill) so that isn't really that reliable. Also what if the enemy player returns to base to get health back? You who is in the lane knows that he will return, but other players won't know and they already starting to be passive/defensive on their lanes (Yes offcourse that enemy can gank other lanes when he visit the towers, but that takes around 20 seconds to go on the desired spot to gank the lane (Some exceptions), but that is 20 seconds not farming/laning wasted).[/quote]
