I have been building him: Merc, Wit's, Sunfire, Warmog's, Spirit, (depends on what mood I'm in). I get plenty of defence without sacrificing health. :P

I know you already talked about it, but Fizz is SOOOO stronk.
I was behind 35 farm and one kill against a karthus in mid ( i was not the one that died) the moment i hit 6, i ult him, jump him, slow him ignite + W = dead from full hp.
I then continue to snowball all lanes, his ult is amazing for ganks.
I play him a lot at the moment, he is really fun and powerful.
I play him full ap Assasin if people wonder.
