They are out there it's just Ezreal got super nerfed back in the day and he kind of died off but then you saw him pop up again but this time as an AD ranged carry, but Riot did it again and nerfed him but gave him an interesting buff ish to his ultimate making it a hybrid. I believe there is a thread around here discussing Ezreal you should check it out if you haven't already.

i have seen many good ezreals. should be more now, after he got a big buff on ult recently.
its not about hitting skill shots as much as about kiting, farming, and knowing how to harass.
Exactly.
I kinda forget to farm all the time with Ez sometimes. That doesn't stop me from winning though :D
I only played Ezreal when he was at his weakest (before they buffed him back) and I did pretty darn good.

"I saw [Twilight: Eclipse] in theaters with a girl I was dating at the time. I spent more time staring at my toes and wiggling them than I did watching this abomination. When Edward proposed to Blank Face, I finally looked up with a revelation.
I blurted out loud, in a dead silent theater full of teenage girls on opening night "Wait a minute, Edward has no blood flow. How does he get an erection?" I heard several men laughing, and had several girls turn and stare at me.
I did not get laid that night." - Berengier817

Good thing he's 6300 because he's obviously not easy like Ashe. Because I've NEVER seen a bad Ashe. Right?
