All those heroes are fun and have their own styles.
GP is a lot of
Parrrley but he's the only guy who can deny! And he has
Remove Scurvy which is the best
Cleanse effect in the game, healing and cleansing. His ultimate is amazingly fun and teams who decide to fight in the circle of doom find themselves quickly destroyed. Very reliant on criticals, so if you don't have full crit chance page I don't suggest GP. You can build him non-crit but then his parrrley is like useless.
Teemo is what I call a gimmick character. He makes map hacking easy with mushrooms and it doesn't even give enemies gold anymore. He can effectively backdoor and run the hell away with
Move Quick and has a blind! Really good in many situations, sometimes too squishy against bulky teams though. Need to know your kill priorities very well with Teemo, though.
Cho is one helluva tank (and yes, helluva is a word) he even grows bigger to prevent smaller targets (Teemo, Amumu, to name a few) from being targeted. Has a silence and aerial. Needs probably the most amount of skill to use out of these three.

I'd throw in many other suggestions but of the ones you listed I think Teemo is the best "team player" of those characters although GPs ult helps but he doesn't apply much else. Teemo is great sustained DPS and ward money saved along with picking off nubs that run into shrooms (if you place them correctly).
