i agree with this idea, but it's also the reason why riot wants us to get rune pages. with the max at 20, most people with 20 rune pages will have enough pages to ignore the need to change the runes in matchup. but i still think it's a great idea riot could implement.

you can get a max of 20. i find 20 really useful, though every now and then, i wish i could have just a bit more.
