CV is basically useless if you can't trust your team to actually make use of it. With the new cooldown you can't really afford to randomly waste it. Plus it doesn't really do anything in a fight.

Come on, realistically you can't going to go up against a double Exhaust lane...besides I was mainly hinting at the value of it with a third man ganking be it mid or jungler. CV when used correctly is still a powerful tool when used correctly, not even the average dull headed numb skull ignores the sudden portrait appearing in the mini map. When going out warding certain areas I generally dislike having to face-check or almost face-check bushes constantly as well.

Heal is disproportionately strong if you ask me right now.

Don't try to make out that having CV for bushes in lane makes your laning phase stronger. If one team has Heal + Exhaust and the other team has Heal/Exhaust + CV, which do you think is stronger in lane?

Thats what i do with heal is Mainly bait. once you kill someone with it they call u noob and they stop diving u cause they dont know if you have it up or not. lots of people dont even know the cd on it is like 280 secs. omg have u ever seen a team of 5 with all 5 heal? rofl it becomes a 10v5 its so dominate if u stay in a group.

Looks like someone is undervaluing the influence of CV at the bot lane unless your going to have both of the bushes down warded.
