Why people think TANK GAREN is totally OP?

[/quote] Besides the "pure tank is dead" thing, unless you opponents are total idiots, they can ignore you quite a bit. Tank Garen doesn't disrupt nearly as much as other tanks do (AoE snare/stun/knockup, other gazillions of cc).[/quote]
