I'm hoping for a giant super ghost summoner.
Would be fitting, although it may make him pretty boring. Unless the ghost does something crazy.
Like... Has 10k HP, and silences all enemies within 300 range of it. :D
Or perhaps, "Bury" - Drag an enemy to his grave - Doing some horrible debuff.

He grabs an enemy, and does a quick make-shift burial, suppressing the enemy for 3 seconds, but sealing the target from damage as well. When the supressing is over, the target receives a debuff that reduces their armor and magic resist by a flat amount and loses 20% of his/her total health.
Great way to make a tank useless for a team fight.
Tank in the way? NOT ANYMORE.
OR
He does digs underground and pulls a carry down there, rooting that person for 3 seconds.
All damage abilities used within 800 distance will deal XX amount of damage to the target; as well as still being vulnerable to AoEs.
Enemies will kill off their own ally due to friendly fire. :D

That would be great. He's labeled as Tanky/DPS right now and, from what I've seen, has no reliable initiate moves so, this gives him... Malphite's ult.
Maybe his Ultimate will make his Q, W, E have zero cooldown for 5 seconds.
