I get it too. I thought it was chrome at first, but every page now (regardless of not putting anything in the quick reply box) asks if you would like to leave this page. It makes the forums a real drag to navigate.

Hmm, looks like there have been some changes to the quick reply box (for example, if you "Quote" a post now it is copied into the quick reply box immediately, unlike before). I'm guessing that also led to this issue.

Yup, we put in the new quote for easier multi-quoting.

I get this notification everytime I leave a page on the forums even if I haven't written anything to the reply box. Me think it bugd.
EDIT: I think it might be the text on the fast reply box where it says something like "write here" and stuff. When I cleared it (by clicking the box) I didn't get the notification
