Hmm, you seem to have fulfilled all the requirements. It should be autoplaying when your stream is live. Make sure your stream category on Twitch is set to League of Legends or it won't show up on MOBAFire. It seems to be set correctly now, but I figured I'd mention that just in case.
There's one other thing you should check. Edit your profile and go to the "More Info" tab. Make sure "Disable Prime stream autoplay" is unchecked. If it was checked, uncheck it and click the Update button at the bottom of the page.
After you've double-checked the things I mentioned above, try streaming again and let me know if it's still not working.

I paid for 3 month my prime account.
I want my stream at the top of my guide but it appears as offline but I'm not and I'm streaming LoL.
I enabled autostream and I put the right link into my profile AND into the twitch code information.
What Can I do more ? Any idea about this bug ?
