Are you sure this was during the month of August? If it was the end of July, the points would be reset at the start of the new month.
If it was in August, that sounds like a bug to me. I agree it would make more sense for a "score achieved" accolade to remain even if the guide is downvoted.

Yeah, it was for this month since I remember starting at zero. I've never seen a sudden disappearance during the month, though, so I'm also thinking it was a bug.

Just giving you an update that due to the complexity of the issue Matt is having to do some pretty deep investigating on top of other responsibilities, so it may take a few days to be resolved. However, we will be sure to get a fix up and set everyone's point totals right before the month is over and the raffle is held!

I found the issue and I'm working on a fix right now. I should have it sorted in the next 30 mins. Right now ticket counts are even more broken because I had to make some temporary tweaks but I'm not done, so please sit tight until we're done before anyone worries about where their tickets went :) Once it's done I will post here again.
