There's also a stat panel where we add the item's stats to help calculations (obviously there's nothing for CC reduction), where Tenacity isn't added. A lot of tooltips needs the stat panel filled out to show proper values (don't quote me on that), I believe. If not it'd be done a while ago. And I am not even sure how Matt wants this stat to be handled.[/quote]
