Hey @ PykEugeo!
The voting system makes use of a lot of different and complicated formulas in order to calculate your rating. So it's not as easy to explain. Do keep in mind though that it takes all of your votes into account in order to create your rating.
This means the 9.1 rating you used to have was only the summary of having 42 upvotes/5 downvotes (47 votes total that gets calculated for your rating), whilst now you have a rating of 9 with 43 upvotes/5 downvotes (48 total votes to calculate), so the rating will differ. No matter how many upvotes or downvotes you get, your rating will be the summary of all your votes.

I don't think the formula makes much sense, that if someone likes my guide, then my guide loses evaluation XD, as it happened today that I lost -0.4 with 1 vote of a member of the community, which in a forum area I read, have more guest people value. Maybe you should review the formula, because if I get to 100 I like it with a rating of 6 .. there is something wrong if I no longer receive I don't like it anymore, right? it seems quite logical to me.

Hey @ PykEugeo,
The formula is entirely correct. And no, you will not lose more rating the more upvotes you get, that's not how it works. Your rating takes into account all of your votes, and when the votes were made, if they're old or new. The more votes you get, the better your rating will become.
If you have any other questions then let us know.

Hey @ PykEugeo!
I think what happened is a member removed their upvote from your guide and then multiple guests voted in the meantime, resulting in more overall votes but a lower score. What can also happen is a very slow update of the score, occasionally the system gets stuck when calculating your guide's score and it can take some time to reflect the correct one.
I know it's a little bit confusing, but keep your guide fresh and your score will keep increasing from all the recent upvotes. 😁

As the title suggests, I noticed yesterday that my guide having 9.1 rating with 42 likes and 5 dislikes, this morning when I reviewed the guide, with 43 likes and 5 not, I noticed that it dropped by 0.1 rating, how is it possible?
