Bot games IP gain limitation

Now I like this game a lot, and I want to try every single champion, and the only reason i play pvp is when I want to get IP, but I cannot get them from bot games any more... I guess I'm just looking for some suggestions on how to improve myself in pvp so I would like it a lot more. Most of the time they would understand more, and you'll learn faster because you will be in an environment with better players.
