Probably the most generic full set of runes that are useful on any hero are:
Blues: Flat CDR
Yellows: HP/lvl or Dodge
Reds: Armor Pen and Magic Pen (both sets here - 1 for AD and 1 for AP)
Quints: Flat HP or Flat Speed.

So I just hit level 20, and I am eager to buy some runes. Problem is, I have played a number of different champs. I used to main Swain, but lately I have been playing alot of Rumble and Kat. Also, I even jungled pre-20 with Olaf and WW, and I'm excited about the possibility of jungling post-20 with runes to see if I can tell the difference. The trouble is, with all these different champs, I have no clue what runes I should be getting. Any advice? Is there a standard set of runes I should be looking to get? Also, I am thinking about trying out renekton since he's free this week. (If y'all are like "no theres no standard rune set that is always useful, could you rec a good jungling rune page?)
