I would recommend 
Maokai to you if you like disruptive junglers. Udyr is really solid at everything, but Maokai excels at ganks and is an initating monster. Udyr lacks that - if he wants to go in, he needs to Blazing Stampede (and even Flash) and stun somebody which does a lot less than the amount of CC that Maokai has.
tl;dr: Maokai can win games more easily, while Udyr is sustained and solid over-all, but he lacks ganking power.

Both are completely viable. Maokai provides stronger CC and more utility while Udyr deals more damage and clears faster. They're very different junglers so it really depends on your preference (or what your team needs).

I really prefer Maokai. Jungling may be a bit hard, but since you got experience on that, you'll do it well
He's an amazing ganking machine, but he's not strong enough to kill the enemy by himself (like Nocturne or Udyr), he's a tank after all
And he has a better mid/late game initiation, his ult reduces damage, nothing more to say

Maokai has more gank power (root and knock), and his ultimate is awesome, He can harass with a hude range with saplings and even use them as a mini-ward advise.
Udyr have a HUGE problem about his range, he needs to be close all the time, you'll need someone to initiate for you... making his ganks less effective, you won't have the surprise fact, the enemy will see your on your Blazing Stampede running to him... while Maokai will jump on you, root, throw sapling, knock you back...

First thing: I play only normal games (lvl 30) and when I need to jungle I usually pick jax or nunu. But now I look for a new jungler!
I can't decide which champion to take, they both seem great... but since its normal games and not ranked, some players don't care about meta and other stuff people do in ranked, so I'm wondering who is more viable/fun/"usefull" in team fights/good ganker between Udyr and Maokai, but overall who is more viable in normal games?
