Sorc Boots, Hextech Revolver (upgrade to WoTA later), Rabadons, Rylais, Abyssal, and a situational item if needed. Or get another Hextech Revolver and build it to the Gunblade.

Gunblade is not needed on vlad, the AD and lifesteal helps not at all.
