[[Neeko]] can only transform her looks and would also gain their [b]visuals[/b] like AA animation and movements. She doesn't gain [b]new abilities[/b]. The only one that can be a [b]Shapeshifter[/b] beside these can be [[sylas]] when he [b]steals[/b] some [b]Shapeshifters Ultimate Skill[/b] (like [[elise]] or [[nidalee]]).
