The 8% damage reduction is pretty stupid, and may or may not make up for the AD item buffs considering.
Jungle changes for tanks are pretty iffy to say the least though i mean 10% lifesteal for every jungle item? Do they not recognize potential alternatives...for like Nautilus jungle? Maybe?
The fact that only squishy carries exist on both teams help a little too

My Jungle Tahmy got super powaful with some of these jungle changes, especially 3% max health life steal every 4 seconds from a 4.5k health tahm kench.

That's funny. I'm seeing 2-3 tanks/tanky characters on a side in my games and they're a pain in the butt. I think adc's aren't building


Edit: I might have a slightly different label of what a "tank" is than others. I include "juggernauts" and "fighters" who tend to buy a lot of defensive or hybrid offensive/defensive items. I've seen lots of

What are you basing this on? Out of the 6 preseason games I've played so far, I've only seen one tank. Granted, that's because people are just messing around with the changes, but I don't see any indication that tanks are better than before.
