it looks more like a battle cast skin/creator viktor style skin. Cuz red colors and technology stuff.
Also idk how it would fit more to vayne. I know she is like hunting demons and things like that, but how could ever look like a little crossbow on her hand? Probably not that noticeable, also i don't really see how much you can do with vayne(Big crossbow and another cloak aside).
But yeah, the head looks weird.

The difference was the make up/acting worked. This is a design disaster if you ask me. (Well, at least the 3D model looks incredibly ugo.
