Brazil played a lot better today, was about time already. Too bad Neymar is out of the World Cup :/ Stupid judge didn't even give a yellow card T_T.
I pretty much agree with Khazem. You could see yesterday that most of Brazil's play was based around Neymar, and however Thiago Silva wasn't playing all that well lately, he still was together with Luiz the most important defensive player they had. Germany's defense on the other hand is very good, and with Müller and the experienced Klose, I give them a good chance of winning the match.
As for the Netherlands, I think they are going to win tonight, even without de Jong. Costa Rica is in my opinion a little bit overrated. It's of course pretty good how they became first in their group, but people exaggerate it. They played against an Uruguay without Suárez, which really makes a lot of difference, against an Italy that played horribly, and they drew against an England that didn't play good football either. And against Greece, well, they even deserved to be eliminated when looking at the second half. The only players we really have to be scared off are Ruiz and Campbell, and - I think it was one of their wing backs - is injured, which makes it a lot easier for both van Persie and Robben, considering the subtitutes Costa Rica has aren't all that good.
And talking about Netherlands - Costa Rica.. I read that van Gaal would want to put Depay on the left wing, while moving Kuijt to the right wing and having Verhaegh substitute again. This would mean that Blind would replace de Jong. Any thoughts on this?

My Taric guide - Thanks Emikadon for the beautiful signature! :D
^ I'm hoping he'll give Clasie a chance seeing as it's a similar type of player (though obviously not as good). Blind for me is not the kind of midfielder that tackles aggressively to try and win possession for his team like de Jong does.
Germany vs France wasn't as intense as I had expected... Brazil won the game at a great cost. Yeah Germany is most likely going to win them.
Blind is solid in the past few games. If there's any way Costa Rica is going to win it's that Navas and Ruiz keep up their standards, and they deal with Robben. But Robben and his 31.0km/h...

I agree, I was expecting more from the France x Germany match, Brazil though, played really well and they were able to do well without an important player (Luiz Gustavo). I hope Brazil wins, but either they'll have to play better than yesterday or Germany will have to play a bit sloppy xD
EDIT: Brazil won against Croatia, Cameroon, Chile and now Colombia too bad its not Cermany :/

Seeing that our dear Belgium didn't do anything... De Bruyne, what was he doing whole game?
There were a few really close chances, especially the one around 94 minutes.
Fingers crossed, Costa Rica up next :X
