Well, might be a little chauvinistic (if that even is a word in English ;_;) what I'm gonna say now, but I think the Dutch win was deserved and the penalty also really was a penalty. While not a big foul, he did step on Robben's foot hence making it very hard for him to move. Robben's dive was overkill, sure, but it was a penalty. + that moment in the first half. Karma?

You know what I saw? I saw Marquez putting his leg out to tackle but the ball went over, and then Robben ran over it. Mexico deserved the win.

His intention may have been to hit the ball, but his leg clearly hit Robben and not soft either. There was no way Robben could have avoided it. He also clearly didn't walk into Marquez' tackle on purpose. And even if he did, the player before Marquez hit him on his heel.
And Mexico deserved the win? From the 50th minute or so, only the Dutch were attacking. The first half was bad from our side, but Mexico really has had a lot luck (penalty not given, ball on Ochoa's head, Robben / van Persie not scoring on the end of the first half). The way the Dutch won is a little lucky, sure, but it absolutely was deserved.

That said, the game sorta sucked before the 0-1 and then NL made it very clear they were the better team.

^ If we're going to play that game, it should be noted he should've had a penalty in the first half, too. Also there's a difference between diving (which he did once in the first half) and making the most out of actual contact (which is what happened near the end). Marquez was still at fault for sticking out his leg and was punished for it.
In terms of referee mistakes, I agree this World Cup has had quite a few. Luckily, some of those mistakes didn't influence the outcome (like the Spain vs Netherlands penalty, for example).
