It's not about if you want to, it's about how. Everyone will die, it's not a choice.
Oh, but I'd like a cliff better because I'd like to run as fast as I can before I get to jump. Oh, and I'd take a camera with me that would survive the fall and ask someone I trust to edit it and take away the part where I splatter all over the ground. I'd like everyone to know I died happy.
Of course, dying in battle would be awesome too. Maybe while fighting a bear..
Or jumping into lava, that would be freakin awesome!

But i have been thinking some more, and dying defending something you love, or defending your country or something like that wuld prob be the way i wanna go down.

If you die while saving someone then it means you want that person to come into harm. Also, in order to save someone you need to be strong, which means you can't be old either. So, you're asking to get killed when you have plenty of time left, while leaving your loved ones alone.
If the question is if I'd die for my family then hell yes. If the question is if I want to die that way, hell no.
And the reason why I want to dive into lava is because it's something I can't do. I can protect someone and stay alive, but I can't dive into lava and stay alive.
