So Vynertje helped me out with making a gaming pc, I'm really liking the looks of it and will probably be adding a ssd when I get the chance.

Weak CPU, strong GPU. That build will be irrelevant before you know it. Unless you plan on upgrading to a whole new rig in a couple of years if the GPU will even last that long without an aftermarket cooler. Don't buy it.

I believe I remember seeing Vynertje tall about how an i3 is still very much a good processor and how the i5 isn't necessary on a budget like mine

AMD has literally nothing to do with your argument that a GPU isn't important in a build.
So once again: why are you trying to start ****?

Now, yes. It's pretty good. But, in the next couple of years with the release of DirectX 12 and Windows 10. We're pretty much gonna be due for a CPU upgrade that will put the boot to the i3 on top of the fact it's only a dual-core. It severely limits your multi-tasking capabilities. A quad-core processor will always be the sweet spot between having enough without having too much.

Choice of memory seems weird. Planning on upgrading later? If not then you should just get 2*4GB instead of 1*8, because there are two memory channels in normal PCs, you're losing out on bandwidth by not using them both.
