Eatmanga.com is good, thank you Searz!
I watch the anime shingeki no kyojin every week, but haven't read the manga
Yeah, it is. It doesn't work too well on a tablet, but it works great on a PC. Besides, I can't stand the ****py watermarking many other sites do to the pages.
You should use Batoto as the highest priority though. The only problem with Batoto is that they're often slower than other sites at putting up the latest chapters, often because they respect the wishes of the translators to not put it up for X hours, while most other sites just don't give a ****. Which is why I'm using those two sites. Eatmanga for quick updates, Batoto for everything else.
And yeah, you should read SNK. It's kind of a masterpiece.

You finally remembered those two :)
Not gonna spoil anything, but yes, SNK is a masterpiece.
Also, that standoff with Erwin was terrible. It was just a contrived info-dump. The entire thing was made as an excuse to dump information on the viewer. This information is relayed in a much more natural way in the manga in my opinion.

Yeah.. That is kinda silly :P

Meanwhile, the season ended and I still like Mikasa a lot! And for once wish there could be hints of romance between her and Eren, as it would justify her over-attachement to him. But not too much romance, I want it to be subtle so it doesn't interfere with the plot.
There will be in the manga, but Eren flat out rejects her :D
(well, kinda, I'm lying a little and not telling the entire truth here :3)

I'm printing the manga scans very soon :D
Printing? O.o
That seems terribly inconvenient..
Reading on a tablet would seem like a nice compromise if one doesn't like reading on one's PC. Have you tried that?
Well, whatever works for you, I guess. As long as you don't miss any of the chapters I linked ya. Trust me, they are important.
"Blizzard spoke thus; Thou shalt not BM. And the players replied Nay, I shall Play my hand with Lethal already on the board. And so Blizzard sent unto them this Brawl of Yogg, As a lesson for their sins of Pride and Greed, for he is the Prophet of Madness and RNG. On that day, the tavern descended into an era of chaos and darkness, until the weekend passed and everyone forgot all about it. Amen. Book of SMOrc, Verse 20, Chapter 4." - Feam T
Soo, I'm 20 chapters into Vinland Saga(this is a monthly, so 20 chapters is like 60 for most other manga). So far it's good, maybe even very good. It definitely has some potential. It's a fairly dark medieval strategy/fighting manga with really good art. Definitely worth checking out imo.
I was a bit bothered by the whole childhood arc. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't as good as I hoped it would be. Also, the main character was such an annoying little ***** when he was a kid. GAWD.
I read Gyo some time ago, but I don't think I posted here about it. Anyway, it's a pretty decent horror series. A fairly short one. It has great art, TERRIBLE characters and decent story. Character motivation is EASILY the weakest part of this manga. It's almost like it doesn't even try...
Also, the first after-story was hilarious :D
I also read through Area D recently(the 60 chapters there are so far). It's a pretty decent shounen about people with abilities very much in the vein of Deadman Wonderland. I do think it is better than Deadman Wonderland and it is very similar in many ways, so if you liked that you should give it a try. It's still not great though and the story and motivation can be a bit contrived at times.
Art is great, characters are decent and story is meh.
regardless of how searz comes off yaya your conclusions are completely reasonable albeit that last one about a separate titan world.
Yeah, well, it's kind of my favorite series ever. Or rather favorite story ever, across any medium. So you can be damn sure I'm gonna be critical as hell against anything that re-does it worse :3

up to epi 10 of AoT.
Would rank it up there as a masterpiece among shinsekai yori, psychopass and kara no kyoukai.

Okay I'm at chapter 36 of SnK at the moment.
First of all, this is my kinda first time reading a manga. I tried to read Yu Yu Hakushu years ago, but when I found out I was supposed to read from right to left, I had a hard time adapting to that because I read a lot of books and comics, and I instinctively read from left to right everytime I flipped a page.
Other than that, I like the art. I pretty much enjoyed reading a manga. Will hopefully carry on reading some more after I finish SnK.
Since I keep being left hanging, I'll marathon to Chapter 50 before I read chapter 11-12 and 18.5, and hopefully come up with a more reasonable theory.
EDIT: Sorry for double post, there was a spam post above mine and it got deleted.
EDIT 2: @Searz - I will read the important chapters you linked after chapter 50, because I want to catch up as fast as possible before my exam week :P I also don't have a tablet. I'm planning on buying one, but after spending a lot of money on a brand new computer, I'm giving my wallet a break. I don't wanna ask my parents for one aswell, they are saving cash because we're moving :/

Anyway :P Chapter 33 to 36

NONONONO, you have to read those chapters before you get to chapter 40. It might blow your mind, just saying, so you don't wanna miss that.
Did you read chapter 32? That one also has a lot of differences from what the anime did.
I'm glad to hear you're enjoying it :)

I can recommend a bad one :D
"He Dedicated to Roses" is hilariously awful. I had a lot of fun reading that one :3
If you want something that is actually good then I'm not sure if the shoujo genre is the right one to look into.
Here's a heartwarming romance manga if you're interested in that: Densha Otoko.
