I like childish stories. I mean, as long as the battles are cool. I prefer the standard "We have to kill the bad guy" stories like naruto or DBZ than those mangas/animes that try to add more depth but just ends up really weird or stop making sense in some parts.

Definitely agree with Berzerk ( My favorite manga) and FMA (One of my favorite manga). I don't like childish stories, I feel like it gets to nowhere and you're just wasting your time. A bit like Naruto, Bleach and especially One Piece. In a 25 min episode, you must have at most 3 min of important information. At most. I prefer animes that are important at all time and have a deep plot. That's why I loved Phantom Of Inferno and Monster so much. They cut to the chase. In a 25 min episode, they got 25 min of information and plot twist. I also despise fanservice. Fanservice is the art of ****ing up a show.

If you feel like it's wasting your time then you shouldn't be watching animes to begin with. Animes are forced to lenghen the episodes or introduce fillers to make sure it doesn't catch up with the manga. In manga either the less interesting the scene is the faster you skip it, there's rarely any wasted time.

I said I feld like I was wasting my time when I was watching mainstream animes like Bleach, One Piece and Naruto, BECAUSE theres about 2-3 min of semi-important stuff, out of 25 min. I prefer other animes like Phantom Of Inferno or Monster, because in a 25 min episode, you got 25 min of important stuff. I don<t watch Naruto, One Piece or Bleach for that reason. Please read the whole post before jumping to conclusion.

i mean in terms of "all animes that are 200+ episodes" are mainstream and every other Anime not, Seasonal Animes, the one that have ~10-30 episodes can also be "mainstream" and

If you're interested in manga I can wholeheartedly recommend Tower of God, Fullmetal Alchemist(not for kids) and Berserk(DEFINITELY not for kids).
Story is all-important to me, and I generally dislike childish stories (hence why all 3 of my fav mangas above are very mature).
