Shokugeki no Soume Episode 1 was idd entertaining :)

Tho, again I don't really see a reason for me to watch it as I read the manga. Damn this is actually depressing lel.

^You might wanna delete that double-post of yours.

I watched one of the shorts. Not sure what to think about them yet. They look amazing but there's so little story xD
Which is pretty obvious of course considering the small time-frame.

I believe that you're looking at it the wrong way. They aren't too short to tell a proper story, they're short enough to tell a succinct story.
Compared to the bloated narrative abominations of most longer series(90% of the anime industry) these kinds of shorter stories are fantastic. Shorts are often where you get far higher narrative quality.

Not sure how I feel about it. Saw the "trailer" and animation, while looking pretty decent, doesn't look anywhere near as sharp as the manga. It may be unrealistic to expect the amazing art of the manga to translate into the anime, but I can't help it :(

Oh, right. I've been reading that too. It's decent. The art is pretty good, so I have little doubt that the anime would be a step down in comparison.

So I've watched the first four episodes of Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru. Zoku. The show started a bit slow in my opinion (episode 1 didn't live up to my hypectations) but now I'm looking forward to the next one. I'm a bit sad that I didn't rewatch parts of the previous season because I have no idea who is who and what is what anymore.

Apart from that, I randomly started watching a bit of Gosick, can't remember how I came across it. It's not bad or anything but it doesn't really stand out, and I've seen more than enough of "protag + tsundere" (think Zero no Tsukaima) series already.

Nobody is surprised. We all know you do it for the booty.
