Borderline must-watch. Quite good, but they're not for everyone.

Sword Art Online
Lol no.

Hyouka
Lol, doubt it.
Your questionable picks of "must watch" series makes me very reluctant to trust your judgment on the series you mention that I've yet to watch.
I recommend being much more critical of the things you see, especially Sword Art Online, which is slightly above average at best.
I'm a strong independent black mage who don't need no mana.
Of the -monogatari series, I'd have to say that Bakemonogatari is probably the best and the only one that I'd say is even borderline must-watch material. They just got progressively creepier and more sexual, and that really started to ruin the experience.
Hyouka
Definitely not a must-watch series. It's slow, not much actually happens, and people who don't watch a ton of anime aren't likely to appreciate it being different from standard fare. Mushishi fills much the same niche but is better. That said, if you liked Mushishi, you'll probably also like Hyouka. (And if you haven't seen Mushishi, you ought to give it a try; people in the US can find it on Hulu.)
Similarly, Natsume Yuujinchou off of Cudd's list isn't a must-watch. It's similar in pacing and feel to Hyouka and Mushishi, but I'd still say Mushishi is the best of the three.
Ano Hana
Do you mean Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai? If so, it was quite good, but I'm not perfectly sure that it's quite up to the must-watch level.
Also, I haven't seen it here yet, but I've really been enjoying Tamako Market from this season. It's got nice pacing and unlike most slice of life/romcom/omg-anime-about-girls-imafapnow it isn't getting itself mired in romcom ******** two thirds of the way through the season. Pretty much everyone I've shown it to has loved it, too, and we can watch it without feeling like creepy 20-somethings for watching a show about a Japanese schoolgirl, which is saying something. At this point, it's basically the only current anime I'm watching where I cannot stand having to wait for the next episode.
