prid 0001B131 (I am not sure if you need to use 000c10cc instead of 0001B131, depends on DLCs afaik)
then type setstage a7b33 10
or you can try to resurrect (resurrect 0001B131) and then click him and do the rest
but make a clean save before trying so your save files won't be ruined

Notice the space between a7b33 and 10
This is the quest for purchasing a house and it will remove 8 000 - 12 000 gold from your inventory

This is my character, level 29 atm (new account I've been playing on since two weeks) - 2 handed maxed out and besides that trash. Spending a lot of time in the thieves guild hence the armor. Imperial (also called her Imperial)
