Unless you have clear evidence of your claims you should do nothing more than telling others of your suspicions and discussing them. You don't go condemning people when you lack clear evidence.
There is clear evidence that not one Molotov was thrown during the day in the entire country. It's a huge difference between day and night. During the day it's just people demonstrating peacefully for their rights(shouting etc.). Once it gets dark, anarchy takes over. I don't see why there should be a bag with Molotov bombs in the middle of the street during the day. Also the poilce should have announced that they found one bag with x objects in it, if they actually did; only that particular channel reported this incident. Still assumptions, yes, but more logical than "police officers found a bag on the street with Molotov bombs in it", which admittedly is also an assumption. The few evidence is definitely pointing towards what I am telling you.

Now you're finally taking a more reasonable approach to the situation.
You're gonna have to present a lot more info than mere speculation for people to want to make a claim that there is serious propaganda or other **** going on, but if you add the word "seems" most of those problems go away. Because that makes it clear to the reader that you don't hold all the cards, that you don't know for sure. And that's a very important distinction to make.
