Jai: But I cannot, for the life of me, ctrl+c, ctrl+v into Word without losing the formatting
Gracie: Okay.
Gracie: Please open Word > File > Options.
Jai: Yup
Gracie: Advanced tab > Cut, copy and paste option, please see if the use smart cut and paste has a check mark.
Jai: Yes, I've already changed it
Jai: To adjust formatting from Excel
Gracie: So it didn't work as well?
Jai: I wouldn't be here if I haven't tried absolutely everything I could think of and looked up other possible solutions and exhausted them too.

Except this time the help person was ******ed (ID 10T), not the asking person. I also rang the help line, and they told me that this issue wasn't part of their "field of experience".

The thing is, it should be ****ing simple to copy something from one Microsoft product to another. I should be able to go ctrl+c, ctrl+v, done.

But I can't, and I've spent over an hour trying to make it paste properly.

Try going to google docs and do the same thing then just c/p.

ea probably has the worst customer service, which is actually surprising considering microsofts record.



if you play TOR, and you get a problem, reset your ui. thats all the help the tor help service people can do. no seriously, they have like, no other way to help you with anything.
