What Would Heimerdinger Do?

Though building a Tear (lololol Tear), rushing Rylai's when he already has a permaslow and no single target damage other than that, building WotA LAST, and going AP heim is terrible. It's like building Leona as an AP carry, why would you do it with so much potential elsewhere. Nowadays, you build him - Boots/Doran's Shield Philo or Chalice (or none, if the situation demands it) WotA RoA Tanky, as in, Frozen Heart/Warmogs/etc. Items NOT to build - Rylai's Deathcap AA staff (needless to say) etc Ironically, Duff was right when he said about building him off tanky, even though Duff's known for building everything as an off tank.
