Well... he's definitely mucho underrated and does well in lane, but he's still not nearly op. He just doesn't... do enough...

And gankplank also has this:
Permanent red buff, short cd on q, jungling capabilities, solo and duo laning capabilities. And he can tank + carry.

GP is firmly balanced imho.
I never see his kit being a terror that single handedly crushes games, but he can comfortably contribute a lot to get the win in the bag ^_^

If i'm going to say anyone's kit is OP it would be...s1 like:
Blitz, Jax, Olaf, Pantheon, Janna or Maokai.
Blitz has the most hard cc of any character in the game. Just saying. (Janna is close but has a slow :c)
Oh and I would consider none of those OP (besides Olaf).
I don't think there are any legitimately over powered champions at the moment.
