The two latest champs, Fizz and Volibear are up there when it comes to OP.Fizz has AMAZING burst.Ive seen him kill a Leblanc with just his ult and Urchin Strike,and he wasnt even fed or anything.

He has a MinigarenULTIMATE as NORMAL Skill
Attackspeedsteroids.

Volibear can do so much damage with just tank items.
And I've played Wukong so much,and even a Kennen with DShield shut me down solotop no problem.
