Combining Runes - Tier 3

[/quote] Combining 1 x mark of alacrity( % att speed)+2 x mark of strenght ( phisical damage) + 2 x mark of insight ( magic penetration ) tier 2, you get Greater mark of strenght(+1,7 damage) tier 3...[/quote]
