Does Hextech lifesteal work...

Urgot's [[Acid Hunter]] and Caitlyn's [[Ace in the Hole]] both works with spell vamp. But I don't think it works with spells that apply on hit effects like [[Parrrley]] and [[Mystic Shot]].[/quote]
