Elysia's for sure.
I'd sell it way-late game, after item capped, IF you 1. need no tenacity, and 2. need more damage/survivability. Otherwise it's fantastic.

Yea, I wouldn't convert it to an Eleisa's until laning phase is done though, so I get that constant GP5.
Thanks to TRUeLM, Plastictree, Scrax, Xiaowiriamu, foggy12, JahGFX, jhoijhoi, msrobinson, JEFFY40HANDS, Nyoike, MissMaw, and me :) for the sigs!

On champions where Mercury's Treads are not purchased and you buy Philosopher's Stone, is it worth it to turn it into Eleisa's Miracle late-game, or should one instead build a Shurelya's (even on Eve/Poppy/etc), or simply sell Philo Stone, get another item, and make do without tenacity?
This obviously doesn't concern supports and tank roamers like Taric or Alistar, who either are fine with getting Shurelya's, get Merc Treads anyway, or just don't need Tenacity because they're not really CCed in fights. But for champions who become more offensive late-game, is Miracle a viable option or is it simply too cheap and too mediocre to take up an item slot late-game?
