Personally, I don't like her anymore. She was a lot better before the rework, excelling in Dominion. I still play her a lot on dominion, but because her passive allows her to be revealed.. that sort of messed up everything. Even though she could be revealed with 
Oracle's Elixir / Oracle's Extract, people tend to get it later when they start to see her damage. I personally played her AP pre-nerf, but many people prefer AD. She is a good jungler now, but she is really slow at clearing camps until she gets Wriggle's Lantern.

Blood I prefer her AP as well because her scaling was very impressive, and she still has her AP scaling, but now it has an AD scaling as well. Similar to Kat's Bouncing Blades.
I think that if some of the changes I suggested would make her stronger than what she is. But you are right when it comes to the True Sight items. True Sight kills anyone with a stealth at some point
