Thanks for the quick comments. I do think the passive could be a little.. Well, overpowered, but either way, here's the answer to your question, Jun.
The blood spilled from Crona's passive is triggered when Bloody Needle is used, so if you were hit at top, and teleported back, if you were to use Bloody Needle it would trigget the blood all the way at the top lane to attack the nearest champion within 400 range of itself.
ah i didnt see the for 5 second thing. That is actually OP with that much range. However, she/he/it shouldnt be suppessed. That suggests to me that she is unstoppable by a suppress (since he is already suppressed to begin with) Just make it a channel where any action cancels the ult.

Passive - Bravery: Maka encourages herself and her allies, increasing nearby allied champions' AD and AP by 10. Increases by 2 per level.

Q Skill - Death Scythe:
Passive: Maka's attacks gain (15/20/25/30/35) range and deal (15/30/45/60/75) extra damage.

W Skill - Djinn Hunter: Maka's scythe becomes enormous, and she swipes it in a very wide cone at a target are. (As long as Ashe's, twice as wide). Enemies hit are dealt (100/150/200/250/300 +60% AD) damage and stunned for 1 second.

Black Star
Black Star weilds Tsubaki, who is by default, a chain scythe, capable of reaching just above melee range. Black Star is an incredibly fast champion, starting at 340 movement speed.

Passive - Determination: Black Star gets progressively harder to kill, depending on the health of the enemy. If the nearest champion's health is below 50%, Black Star's armor and MR increase by 25%. If the enemy's health is under 25%, Black Star's MR and AR increase by 50%.

Q Skill - Dummy Star: Tsubaki transforms into a clone of Black Star, including items and EVERYTHING. Can be controlled using alt + right click. However, she cannot attack. During this time, Black Star gains (10/20/30/40/50) Movement Speed. His next attack will be a very close range punch, dealing normal damage, but stunning the target for (1/1.5/2/2.5/3) seconds. Once the punch is made, Tsubaki becomes Black Star's weapon again.

This is best used like Enchanted Crystal Arrow, but from a position where it will be hard to dodge, like down a lane. The enemy only gets a warning two seconds before the channel is complete.

Crona the Demon Sword
Crona is insane(ly awesome), and as a result, has superhuman strength and endurance. He/She/It (Unknown Gender D:) weilds a large sword called Ragnarok. This sword is really a large monster thingeh.
Passive - Insanity: Crona gains +25% Armor and +25% AS. Enemies who use close ranged autoattacks on Chrona take 10% of the damage they dealt, hitting themselves. When injured by physical damage, blood falls on the ground where she is standing. It lasts 1 minute, and has a cooldown of three seconds, making Bloody Needle quite hard to chain.
Q Skill - Bloody Needle: Crona's spilled blood (from passive skill) hardens, and flies at the nearest champions within 400 range of itself. (this can hit several people at once, depending on where Crona has been). Enemies hit take (40/55/70/85/100 +35% AP) damage per bloody needle. Up to 5 needles can hit one enemy at a time.
Mana Cost - 55/60/65/70/75 Mana
Cooldown - 5
Range - Infinite, kinda.
W Skill - Bloody Slicer: Crona slices her own wrist, taking damage. She then hardens the blood, turning it into a very dangerous weapon, increasing her AD by (15/25/35/45/55) for 6 seconds. When used, nearby enemies are feared for (1/1/1.5/1.5/2) seconds.
Health Cost - 15% of current
Cooldown - 15
Range - Self
E Skill - Androgynous: Confuses all nearby enemies, rooting them for (1/1.5/2/2.5/3) seconds as they stop to wonder what Crona's gender is. (lol)

Range - 400 around him/herself.
Ultimate - Screech: Crona's sword lets out an extremely loud, high pitched screech for 5 seconds, during which she is suppressed. This damages all enemies within a very long range for (60/100/140 +20% AP) per second, and lowering their AR and MR by 25% during that time.

Cooldown - 120
Range - 1500
