I can basically stand there and watch you die, especially after I have Starcall stacks. :) And heal while doing so.
(Guess what I managed to do? Get them all in the correct skill slots too. XD)

And if you have 5 enemies in range, you are getting 5/3 spell vamp overall.

Actually Battle Cry would probably help more.
But I figured it out...
Spamming Mystic Shot between Battle Cry and Rewind (of course while auto-attacking for Battle Cry's full effect), you can use Undying Rage roughly 12 seconds apart.
If you had the 40% CDR cap, you could spam Undying Rage every 6 seconds.
