It's the same as a normal ward, that's just the length of how far you can place it from your character's position. Any farther, and your character will have to walk to get into range. It's a normal Sight Ward that it places.

Just include the cost of the second ward into the recipe and have it be one ward to build it xP

I don't think you should have it built off a sight ward. Maybe off a GP5 item or some other cheap support item, because that's most likely the role that's going to use this.

Wriggle's Lantern is only 300 gold more, and gives a ton of other stats as well. If you get these, you're sacrficing merc's, CDR boots, or ninja tabi, possible sorcs. I don't think these are OP at all, considering what all the other boots give.@tehAsian
Well, what item would you build it off of? I don't want just boots, but all the other GP5 items give their own stats.

I don't think anyone except a support would sacrifice the other choice in boots, so I don't feel it's OP and it's an extremely viable choice for any support who wants to build CDR somewhere else in their build. +1
