I really really like Ebonmaw's scales. I would love to build it on Shen for ultimate Shadow-dash sustain. Might make me want to purchase Regrowth Pendant more often.

I like the active of Helmet of the Watcher. A good item for your standard bruiser.

I don't know about the third item because I am a little wary of playing AP casters, but for support it would be fun. Especially if the 10% also applied to heals/shields and not just damage.

+1 for actually building some balanced items. :)

I actually built the third item because I wanted items that gave AP and armor to casters besides Zhonya's Hourglass. One item pretty much sucks, and armor penetration would kill them. The passive just came into my head when I was writing this, and I just wanted that burst of AP before a cleaner-upper decides to do something. Requiem will do about 15 more damage, which may be devastating for the enemy players.

Ty for the compliments, and I got the sond active idea from the The Lightbringer and Hextech Sweeper. This is a single-target hit Hextech Gunblade is similar to this. I hate enemy Shacos and other invisible people who escape with extremely low health. It sucks, doesn't it?

Fot the first item, I noticed that many people save themselves with hp regen, just barely, so I decided for something to be like this. The idea of the name is from the dragon in TT. He is named Ebonmaw, so his scales would probably be some kind of tankiness on champions.

Didn't there used to be a green buff in League once upon a time on TT? I don't know if it's still there or not because I never play TT anymore. The last time it didn't appear that the buff was present.

Yeah, there is still a green buff. You get it from the extremely huge wraiths.

1st item:
A great item for tanks espacially Dr.Mundo

2nd item:
Don't see anything wrong about this one.

3rd item:
My main concern is that the charges are easily stacked for mages like Cassiopeia and Karthus BUT burst champion might get really dangerous with those full charges!
It's pretty unqiue!

:D

Yes, I like the third one, it is actually not that OP, because it is only 10% increased, so yeah. Karth and cass have pretty spammable spells, but in team fights this item may be bad or good.
